Data Entry/Office Assistant

Well established, small, service oriented wine marketing and sales company looking for a self starter with good communication skills to work in a small professional office environment.Skills: Must have computer experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel. Typing and 10 key experience as well as knowledge of basic office procedures is essential. Training on industry specific software will be provided. Must have the ability to organize and prioritize workload and create and maintain organized systems. Must be willing to do data entry on a daily basis. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, outstanding phone etiquette and the ability to handle confidential information discretely and professionally.

  • Must be able to prioritize according to the changing demands of a small company.

  • Must have some wine familiarity

Responsibilities and Key Roles:

  • Order entry
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls

Compensation: This is an hourly position 16-20 plus hours/week with an increase in hours. Eligible for limited benefits including paid holidays and vacation after initial probation period. 401 K Plan.Local San Francisco Peninsula candidates only
